What parents often ask us

We know starting something new can bring up lots of questions. Here are a few common ones parents ask before booking.

We see children of all ages, from newborns to teens. Each stage of development is met with tailored, age-appropriate care.

No referral is needed to see our chiropractors, physios or exercise physiologists. Just get in touch to make a booking.

Absolutely. Parents and caregivers are present and involved with the consultations.

We’ll take the time to really listen to you and understand your child’s needs, as well as the concerns you’ve brought in. We’ll do a thorough assessment and any extra checks if needed. If it’s suitable, we may begin treatment during the first visit—with everything explained clearly and your full consent. We’ll also share some simple home tips or exercises to support your child’s progress. And if we feel other tests or services could help, we’ll talk you through those options too. Our goal is to work with you to give your child the best possible care.

Many services are eligible for private health rebates (you’ll need to check your cover). Some may also be claimable through Medicare with an appropriate care plan referral from your GP.

Let’s take the first step together

Whether you’re looking to book your child’s first appointment or just want to have a quick chat, we’re here to help. Get in touch and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
