We know that understanding the cost of care is just as important as the care itself. Whether you’re paying privately, using NDIS funding, or claiming a rebate, we want to keep things simple, transparent and stress-free.

We offer care for kids of all ages and abilities in Williamstown and surrounds. Below is a breakdown of our standard fees. If you’re unsure what kind of appointment your child might need, feel free to give us a call.

*Longer consults are available for more complex needs. Just let us know if your child might need a little extra time. We usually recommend booking a longer session if you’re unsure. If we don’t need the full time, we’ll adjust the fee accordingly.
Simple ways to manage the cost of healthcare
Whether you’re self-funding, using private health, or accessing NDIS support, we offer flexible options to suit your family’s needs. Here’s how it all works.
Private health cover
If you have extras cover with a private health insurer, you may be eligible to claim a rebate on many of our services.
We accept most major Australian health funds, including Bupa, Medibank, HCF, and more. Claims can usually be processed on the spot through HICAPS, so you’ll only need to pay the gap.
We recommend checking your individual policy for specific inclusions, limits, and rebate amounts before your appointment.
Medicare options
We offer care under the Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan, also known as an EPC plan, for chiropractic, physiotherapy and exercise physiology.
NDIS participants
We welcome families who are self-funded or plan-managed through the NDIS.
At this stage, we’re not NDIA registered, but we work closely with families to support their NDIS goals, particularly for physical rehabilitation and early intervention.
Our physiotherapists can also provide supporting documentation to assist with care plans and funding reports if needed.
