*Longer consults are available for more complex needs. Just let us know if your child might need a little extra time. We usually recommend booking a longer session if you’re unsure. If we don’t need the full time, we’ll adjust the fee accordingly.

Whether you’re self-funding, using private health, or accessing NDIS support, we offer flexible options to suit your family’s needs. Here’s how it all works.
Private health cover
If you have extras cover with a private health insurer, you may be eligible to claim a rebate on chiropractic, physiotherapy, and exercise physiology services.
We accept most major Australian health funds, including Bupa, Medibank, HCF, NIB, Medibank Private, and more. Claims are processed on the spot through HICAPS, so you only pay the gap amount at the time of your appointment.
We recommend checking your individual policy for specific inclusions, limits, and rebate amounts before your first visit.
Medicare options
We offer care under the Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan, also known as an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan, for chiropractic, physiotherapy, and exercise physiology.
A referral from your GP is required. You pay upfront, and we process your Medicare claim on the spot. The current Medicare rebate is $61.80 per session, which usually lands in your account within 1-2 business days. Medicare CDM plans allow up to 5 allied health visits per calendar year.
NDIS participants
At this stage, we’re not NDIA-registered, which means we can’t work with NDIA-managed participants directly. However, we work closely with plan-managed and self-managed families to support their child’s NDIS goals, particularly through exercise physiology for physical rehabilitation, strength building, and early intervention.
Our team provides supporting documentation including progress reports, goal summaries, and clinical letters to assist with NDIS plans and funding.
