What parents often ask us

We know starting something new can bring up lots of questions. Here are a few common ones parents ask before booking.

We see children from birth to 18 years, including newborns, babies, toddlers, school-aged children, and teens. Each stage of development is met with tailored, age-appropriate care from our specialist paediatric team.

No referral is needed. You can book directly with our chiropractor, physiotherapist, or exercise physiologist. However, a GP referral may be required for Medicare chronic disease management plans or some health fund claims.

Absolutely. Parents and caregivers are welcome and encouraged to be present during all consultations. We believe parent involvement leads to better outcomes, especially for babies and young children.

We take the time to listen and understand your child’s needs and the concerns you’ve brought in. We complete a thorough assessment including movement, posture, and developmental checks as appropriate. If suitable, we may begin treatment during the first visit — with everything explained clearly and your full consent. You’ll receive a clear treatment plan, home exercises or positioning advice, and referral recommendations if needed. Our goal is to work with you to give your child the best possible care.

Most private health funds with extras cover provide rebates for chiropractic, physiotherapy, and exercise physiology. We offer HICAPS for on-the-spot claiming. Some services may also be claimable through Medicare with a GP care plan referral. NDIS funding is available for exercise physiology (plan-managed and self-managed). See our fees page for current pricing.
